It was available some years ago from a firm in switzerland but they changed their address and now we cannot find them can you help?

I wouldn't worry about where to get the medication. I'd worry about seeing a Wound Care Center where it can be treated. Leg ulcer if left untreated can tunnel to the bone their like any pressure area Ulcer on the body, first you have to treat the infection then build the bodies defense back up by taking Zinc, Iron, Vitamin C and Multi Vitamans. Then a Wound Care Doctor will order you to keep that leg elevated and wrapped to get as much of the drainage off the leg allowing for granulation of tissue, you don't need to be scrubbing this wound area unless there is Nercrotic tissue and it would need to be debrided by a professional. It is a very painful procedure. Healing a leg ulcer can take Months depending on size to years. I worked for 10 years as a wound care nurse at a nursing home and have seen it and been a patient myself due to diabetes.

You need to see a Vascular doctor for leg ulcers!!!!!!!!!!!
