You have anxiety. Its like a theft in the night,it'll creep up on you and make you shake, out of breathe and restless. I have had it for years and didnt realize it,now I know what triggers it and how to treat it. Good Luck

It may be because you have a real or subconscious fear of something or just because you are cold or getting old. Look up "anxiety" on Yahoo! web search as well as "panic attacks." to ascertain whether this might be what's wrong. Wikipedia has good summaries. If the condition persists consult your GP physician for a recommend; there are meds and psychotherapy for anxiety.

Good luck, hope this helps, good mental health, peace and Love!
