I would recoded taking a Vitamin C supplements (Halls makes one that looks like cough drops and tastes good too), getting plenty of rest, and washing hands on a regular basis (with soap and water... hand sanitizer doesn't do nearly as much good as it claims).

She may be looking for attention. Do you baby her and take care of her when she is sick? If this is not the case then a couple of things:
Make sure she is getting enough sleep. Typically younger people don't sleep enough hours a day.
What does she eat? If she lives on junk food she will continue to be sick because of a lack of nutrition and no ability to build an immune system.
Does she get any excercise? A little bit would help. Even a walk after dinner would be enough to get her heartrate up and get her system operating better.
Good luck.

See a doctor. Get better eating habits! Good food is the source of our well being and food is our fuel for energy! You can tell if a person has good eating habits, they have good healthy colour in their face! true! You can't build good strong healthy immune system if there is nothing healthy going into the body! I work for a chiropractors office as the food and health nutritionist. She needs to eat fruits and veggies and nuts and fish, limit red meat to twice a week. Turkey breasts are less fat then chicken breasts, most people don't know that.the amount of fat intake is very important not just for your weight, I have seen thin very thin patients that had heart attacks because of clogged arteries and were skinny as a rail! Drink juices that have no sugar. Good Luck!

Proper diet and exercise. Also, alot of sickness is more mental. You think you feel bad, and your mind makes you feel worse. Some of her symptoms may be less physical than they actually are.
But get her eating right and exercising regularly and you should see a change. Just don't let her being sick be an excuse for not working out. Simple things, like taking a walk and adding more fruits (especially citrus for vitamin C) and vegetables into your diet make a HUGE difference.

if she has seen the doctor already and her condition did not improve, try Feng Shui or proper house placements. There is a "place" for everyone. She may not be occupying her right place. I am a professional practitioner but I find it hard to explain so much of this here on Answers. Meantime. I can suggest that she move her bed/ sleeping area to another room or location in the house. Try the place for 3 months and if her conditions improves in that area, stay there permanently.

She should try taking Echinacea, an herb that boosts and strengthens your immune system. You can get it in pill form at any store (Target, Walmart, CVS, etc). After taking it for a couple months, she will see the difference.

DONT be a germophobe... tell her to steadily become a bit more careless about how she handles the world around her. i.e., adopt the10 second rule! DONT be afraid to eat food that is past the 'sell by' date, dont go through a bar of soap each time you shower, you know, little things.
oh, and take vitamin C supplements daily.

Exercise. A strong body fights off illness much better. Also take a look at the environment she's living in. Clean it, don't straighten it up...clean it. ESPECIALLY kitchens and baths. Also check into an air purifier--couldn't hurt. =)
