If you say Chinese or Indian, please be specific! Those are too generic terms.

Here is the complete song:
All my life I've been chasing
Whom should I miss at this monent?
I'll say only you whom I can'y miss
Good life is like illusion
Who will understand my life?
Living for love is my belief
Who's more important than you? Failure or success is no more important
Who's better than you? You turn the tempest into the fire
Chorus
Keep on chasing for every moment in life
But is's stupid since you're my only intention
Keep on chasing for the basic need of
life
But I've already got much more *
Even though life is simple, but it's important to be with you
Good times are not many; a brief moment would do
Just being with you wouldn't make it pointless
The deeper the love, the more misunderstanding there are
I would never regret the love we have
Chorus
Only you are important
Even though I've lost everything I still have you.

That's Cantonese. Cantonese is similar to Mandarin Chinese, but it is spoken in Guangdong, parts of southern China and Hong Kong.

I can say one thing: It's not Urdu or Hindi. And I wouldn't recommend Bengali, Gujrati, Pushto or any of those. Then I don't think it's Chinese basic. It's either mandarin or traditional.

It is a song by Leslie Cheung, one of the early fathers of Canto Pop.
As such, it's Cantonese, which is a dialect of Chinese.

It looks like some pingying writing of Chinese but I don't recognize any of it.
Edit:
some of the words translate as Vietnamese too.

I googled the lyrics and found them to be of Leslie Cheung, and his profile mentions "Cantopop" so I would assume Cantonese?

It would have to be Cantonese. Those words are certainly not Mandarin.
