It depends, if me and the guy have been broken up for a long time and the relationship was not too serious, and if my friend asked permission before anything happened I would be cool with it.
But if me and the guy just broke up not too long ago and the relationship was semi serious and they were doing it behind my back I would pissed beyond all reason!!

Depends. If your friend considered your feelings and asked you how you felt about it first and you were ok with it, then everyone is good to go. If she DIDN"T consider your feelings and did it on her own I would wonder how good of friend you two really are. If it has been a while since you and your boyfriend were together it may make a difference also, but if it was just recently it would make me wonder if they were sneaking around before you broke up..............

Be diplomatic about it, although it can really hurt...
be normal, talk to her as usual...even if you hate her so much...
just say things like, well good for you, if you think he is the one for you? you know.... and.. like, i don't know if I'm for you guys, but if you are happy then I'm happy, play it cool .. don't show them that you are hurt, it will in a way show that you have never regretted leaving him or maybe you are happy now, that you are finally out of the miserable relationship...

well i had a rule never date your best friends boyfriend, no matter what u feel, cause you will lose your best friend and then the boy friend if it doesn't work you lose both of them so its just best to not go there. good luck.
