I don't look at Q&A links (except my own, of course!), because they are usually inane or solely designed to increase the author's web hits or to spread a virus, etc, etc, etc.

Since you wrote "phrase 1", I presume you're going to spend an awful lot of your time (and, I suspect, ours) trying to decipher every Japanese or other language that you see!

Why in the world would you trust anyone on this website to give you the right answer??? How do you know that the answer has any relevance at all to the photo???

If it's from a friend or relative, either ask them what it says, or find a legit interpreter. In other words, unless it's of personal import - - other than "I gotta know" - - just forget about it, okay? You'll go nuts trying to interpret the world!
