2) Backin
3) Mondamin
4) Gustin

do a search on their site for:
Backin - there is one: Dr. Oetker Backin
....it looks like baking powder
Gustin - also made by Dr. Oetker ... it is cornstarch
Mondamin- a brand, it seems
Biskin - didn't find anything
