No. They are criminals the moment they pass into the US without permission.

They often have to use fake Social Security numbers to obtain work...that means they steal someone elses number..they can use that number to open credit lines and so forth that can be a detriment to the legal citizen they have stolen this number from.

When here they can't obtain a legal drivers license so if they get in an accident with a legal citizen then that citizen pays the consequences for an illegals decisions. They don't have insurance and then the legal person has to pay.

They can't obtain insurance legally and often have to take advantage of welfare services to provide health care for their children thus using up resources that should be used for legal citizens in need. They put a drain on hospitals in the same manner.

Their children take up valuable resources in schools because many often don't own homes so don't pay property taxes.

Many illegals get resources like in-state college tuition in some states because they are illegal...where legal citizens don't get that privelage.

The whole system is a crime against those that have worked hard to obtain the citizenship legally. It is a crime against those that follow the laws of this country.

Though I don't blame someone for trying to make a better life for themselves...I would do the same...I do blame our government for not securing our borders, enforcing the laws in place and allowing it to continue at breakneck speed. No where else in the world do they allow such an influx of illegal, unidentified flow of people into their borders. It's a crime against the legal citizens and it's dangerous in the world in which we live.

It is fraud...no matter how you look at it. And I'm saying this knowing that certain members of my family have married illegals....They are good guys and I love them..but they are wrong. I can not condone it. Breaking the law is breaking the law....even speeding is wrong and breaking into a country is worse.

No. Your logic is seriously flawed. Just because everyone else does it does not make it right. It just means that we have a whole lot of lawbreakers living in our country. They use document fraud to obtain work because they can't do it legally. This is one of the reasons that I am against illegal immigration. Not only do they break the law by coming here, but then, because of the laws we have regarding getting work, such as a valid Social Security number, they must break the law to get work or anything else they want to do. Then they must spend their entire lives here, breaking one law after another.

Absolutely NOT! If illegals and their supporters will lie about one thing, they will lie about everything! Therefore, there is no reason to believe they wouldn't vote in our elections illegally because they have no morals or ethics. The laws aren't in place to be enforced -- only if you get caught! The laws are in place to protect everyone and to ensure that our country maintains its security and sovereignty. Citizens of the USA need to learn to think in terms of strategy and protecting their country. If illegal immigrants have so few scruples and they even have the churches involved, what makes any of you think that they won't use this influence and strategy to take over the country? Money laundering is easy within churches, especially since the Government doesn't do its due diligence in protecting the citizens. Therefore, money can be funneled through churches to support illegal arms, drugs, human smuggling, etc. Hugo Chavez has already been getting church support for his invasion army and has already "bought" numerous people by paying their utility bills and rent in certain cities. Do you see how easy it is to house an army within the USA when it can be cloaked in "humanitarian enterprises"? Chavez is in league with several other countries and their latest strategy is to use the "SANCTUARY" of the church to build their armies. They know that the law will not enter the churches and having the clergy publicly demand that illegal immigrants be given "prefential treatment" by not punishing them, puts them squarely at odds with the US Government, the law-abiding citizens of the USA and the moral and ethical populace! And, let's not forget about the SANCTUARY CITIES -- potential havens for the armies and proven havens for law-breakers. Chavez and his supporters are mounting a U.S. Jihad and they hope to accomplish it without firing a shot -- until they get their armies in place. Then it will be a full scale slaughter! All you have to do is go to the churches, attend their meetings and LISTEN with both ears. The clergy who are assisting illegals to enter the country are a major part of this invasion and this Jihad. Oh, and Hugo Chavez is just one of the most vocal and "in your face" leaders. There are Koreans, Chinese, Mexicans, Cubans, and numerous others. Did we have any spys at the CUBAN SUMMIT where the 17 countries met to ensure their plan to destroy the USA is carried out? It seems that the people of the USA have more knowledge about the "intelligence" happenings in the USA than the Government Security Structures in place to prevent the invasion and the economic takedown of the USA.

Par for the course. They bring their thieving culture with them, aided and abetted by their govt., and big business and govt. thrives where there are thieves. It's all morally corrupt.

U-BIN-CA---- You are confused. The American people did not pay taxes to Enron. They were running a dishonest business in the energy industry. I get 'bent out of shape' when the 18-20 million Hispanics take American jobs, get paid under the table, and send $16.6 BILLION to Mexico in just one year. Money taken out of our economy, etc. What do you think the jobless recovery is all about??? The unemployment rate remains the same every month, and yet hundreds of thousands of jobs are created every month. Who is filling those jobs? Illegal aliens are.

Rolly O, fraud is definitive. It is not a 'sort of'. It is not fraud to take an idea, but make it all your own. Bill Gates did not break any law. Apple didn't sue. However, he does support La Raza in donations, so he does not get my support. Again, he did not get our tax dollars.

No.......no more than stealing or taking something that isn't yours. I can understand why people do it, but it doesn't make it right. Not to mention way too many aren't just quietly using the number just to work.......they are destroying peoples lives along the way. Is it ok to steal someones license plates because you need one to drive? Peel off their renewal sticker because you need one?

There's tons of citizens who have committed past wrongs or are over their heads in debt who would like a fresh start to a better life.

Not to mention they have no idea as to whether the ID's they have stolen isn't from a person in far worse condition than them and it's prohibiting them from getting things they need. So far it seems they aren't really suffering adversly from it.........just wait till they're hauled off to jail, can't get credit, or are accused of crimes they didn't do and have to prove it because the ID of the person they stole from is a serious criminal or owes a ton of money. I suppose that will be our fault too.....how dare we allow them to steal criminals ID's when all they wanted is a better life. LOL

Everyone wants a better life. It's no excuse to lie, cheat and steal to get it. No one is entitled to it at the expense of others either.

I don't want to be one that says what is right and what is wrong (morally that is). But from a legal standpoint - absolutely not. I feel for illegals that want to make a better life for their family. I want my family to have a better life - I want them to have money for the education and my wife to be happy living with me in a mansion somewhere. But I'm not going to break the law to do it.
Not to mention how frustrating it can be for law enforcement officer trying to track a murder suspect down when he has false identities.

It's wrong.

I am so sick and tired of hearing about how they want a better life. It's as if they are the only ones entitled to it.Let's say for instance I go and rob the local Bank of America because I need the money because I want a better life,do you know where I'll end up ? In jail.

I believe your question can be best answered by yourself.
I have always uphold the truth and frankly, I got into a lot of trouble. The details which i cannot discuss here because this is not the right place.
Most of the successful and revered people in the world (probably 99% of them) have done some form of fraud one way or another. In fact, i believe the number should be higher 99.9999% of them.

Example, Bill Gates is a popular figure who sort of STOLE the concept of WINDOWS from Apple by backward engineering. a method commonly used by hackers today.
The list is endless but i dont want to name names.
