i was at a amusement park, waiting in line for a bumper car ride and i was dressed decently (blouse and pants).
some perverted 8 year old kid tried to touch me when i was in line at a amusement park. my cousin saw his elder brother (about 13 years old or so) dared him to touch my back!!!
he nearly touched me until my cousin gave him a scary dirty look to tell him to back off!
i turned around and did the same thing. parents these days dont moniter their kids!!! (some parents)
i nearly slapped him ( the brother) and spanked the kid.

i cant go to jail yet cause im still underage . i cant believe some of you supported dares. what if someone dared you to groop someone's butt??? and you get arrested?

He was only trying to touch your BACK? Ok, not appropriate, but not perverted, either. I agree with those who say it's just a prank. Think of the things you did or were dared to do by your friends at that age.
True, many parents aren't monitoring their kids, and many parents don't care what their kids do. You don't need to have any kind of certification that you're smart enough/mature enough/ready in any way in order to have kids. There are so many levels of bad parenting, and so many levels of good parenting that we might not agree with.
Still, I'm awfully glad you quashed the urge to hit the kids. That would have been ever so much worse. Certainly no way to teach a child not to touch strangers.

Well Carmen......the brother (13) was wrong for daring him, because it is very immature and in this case gross....and considered sexual assult.....and the kid (8) should have known better......because he knows that if he were to touch a girl in an innapropriate way...he would be punished...which I see didnt happen.
P.S. You shoulda kicked the brother's @$$!!!

You are all worked up because some 8 year old child attempted to touch your back at the prompting of his elder brother. Not your bottom, not your breast, not your "area", but your back. You have the audacity to call this child a pervert when he did nothing perverted? Shoot, it sounds like his older brother was just being a goof ball trying to get his brother to do something silly (a bit rude, granted but not perverted). And how old are you? You can't slap or spank someone else's child unless you like JAIL! They would certainly have you arrested! The boy was dared by his brother to touch your back. The little boy should have been scolded, and his parents should have been told of his behavior which was inappropriate. The worse behavior was from the 13 year old, but that kind of thing can be expected from boys of this age, but definetely not accepted or tolerated.

You should have told park officials! That;s sexual harassment and they could be kicked out of the park for that. I would have slapped the brother and smashed the kid!

That is horrible! I would have talked to the kid! A 5 year old boy spit on my husband one day and I was furious. I tried to talk to the little boy and he ran to his dad. So I told the dad what he did! I made him apologize because his dad wouldn't! Your right, some people do not care what their kids do! Shameful!

I hear ya! Some girl pushed past me in a book shop, turned rouind and yelled "pervet!". Everyone looked at me, and her mom cames and asked her what this was about, and she claims I touched her but! Her dad told her mom the truth and her mom did not belive it!
Parents should NOT let this happen!

I've never come across anything like that. Can't even image it. That's scary what if the child would have said something like she meaning you made him do it. You would have been arrested. I would have yelled and made such noise the those children would have run away. How disrespectful of them?

Sounds like he was just being childish rather than perverted, it wasn't like he was groping your breasts (I am not excusing bad behaviour at all) but I just think that he was being stupid and you could have just said something like "Don't you dare touch me!" in a very stern voice.
