Hi,

I'm planning to move to Canada, and would appreciate some help :)

I need a place with
1. Affordable housing (around $200K with 3-4 bedrooms)
2. Low crime rates
3. A place with a generous amount of Asians (Indians)
4. Where I can obtain a good paying job..i have an MBA

Thanks!

There are tons of east asians (especially indians) in the Greater Toronto area, but youre going to be pushing it to find a 3-4 bedroom in a good area for 200k.
Youre best bet is probably Brampton or Mississauga, but you're going to have to get a townhouse or condo for your price range.
If you want to come right into Toronto - little india is Gerrard St around Coxwell.
Good luck!

The London/Waterloo area has a vibrant economy and is far enough from Toronto that you can still find some housing bargins. The closer you get to Toronto, the less likely you are going to find a 3 bedroom home for 200K.

Saskatoon or Regina Saskatchewan... weather sucks but the economy's booming right now and housing is still affordable.
