It does not matter what religion you are, or even if you are an atheist.
Let us suppose you are confronted by God (Do not answer there is no God)
You are asked “What have you done with your life? Have you taken more than you have given, are you content, with the things you have don? Would you change your existence?”

That's not true. Works don't save.
The truth is, that heaven is the destination for those who believe in this life that Jesus, who is God, died for our sins on the cross and rose again.
Those who don't believe that in this life, go to hell for eternity.

If you answered that you'd done some pretty awesome stuff, then you would seem prideful and conceited--is this a trick question?

No trick question, just how you feel about your life

Yes, it does not matter what religion you are, it matters that you believed in Jesus Christ as Savior. That you lived according to the Biblical teachings.

What have you done with your life? (He knows what I've done).
Have you taken more than you have given, (hopefully not, I am a humanitarian, I try my very best on a daily basis to think about how my actions effect others)
... are you content (with what? Faith yes. My goals in life - no, not yet, with my family, yes, with my monetary wealth? Yes, but I can always improve),
... with the things you have done (No, there is always more that we can do, I think I was put here to inspire people... inspire change, inspire faith, inspire good deeds).
Would you change your existence? (If g-d asked me this, and I said yes, I did not learn the lesson I was put here to learn. If I say no it's too simplistic. I'd either have to say what I liked or disliked about existence - and that can mean many things. We all have things we regret, and we all have situations we can change, it just depends on how much the actions we've done affected us. A hug can last a lifetime, so can a dream. Existence is mere breating. Living is a journey).

Many people were given a second chance at life after having an NDE (near death experience). Below is a story from an atheist who died and lived to tell about it. I thought is was so interesting.

What you will confront is your own memories, without a conscious self-ego of held human "beliefs" on earth to shield you from them. (i.e., I can do these selfish things involving others because I'm white/male/rich/ religous..etc). It'll be a pleasant time for some; not so for others.
