How about finding homes for about 48 dogs, 35 cats, and 35 birds instead of getting more?

if this is what i think it is, and if they all live inside the house, it is called "animal hoarding". it's a disorder.
you can also go to jail for animal cruelty, too, if they area all running around in their own poo all over the place, or if some animals are keeping others from eating and the bullied ones are starving, you're responsible for that too. or if they are in little cages -- cruelty.
if they are all IN your house this is really sad.
