Have you tried Coke Zero? It's as close to Coca Cola as you're going to get, without sugar. You can train yourself to like it, just drink it really cold, and drink it fast.

SEVEN DANGERS OF COKE & PEPSI (SOFT DRINKS)

For those of you who LOVE Coke/Pepsi. Just when you thought you knew everything.

1) To clean a toilet:

Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl.
Let the "real thing" sit for one hour, then flush clean.
The citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous china.
No scrubbing, no sweat - guaranteed.

2) To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers:

Rub the bumper with a crumpled-up piece of aluminum foils dipped in Coca-Cola.
Much economical than the stuff from Smart Shop.

3) To clean corrosion from car battery terminals;

Pour a can of Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion.

4) To loosen a rusted bolt;

Applying a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola to the rusted bolt for several minutes.

5) To remove grease from clothes;

Empty a can of Coke into a load of greasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle.
6) The Coca-Cola will help loosen grease stains. It will also clean road haze from your windshield.

pour some coca cola in a glass....drop a penny in it and wait a week...take the penny out of the glass and look at it...THATS WHAT COCA COLA WILL DO TOUR TEETH IF YOU KEEP DRINKING IT!!!

Or relieze that in one can of soda there is about a 1/2 cup of sugar syrup in it...imagine what that does to your teeth and your body...

try drinking juice or tea....if you do drink soda, wash it down with water and don't sip it...

well it is the sweet and the caffeine that you are addicted to and although this is not much better for you but you might try buying vitamin water or iced tea until you no longer need soda then try to go from there to water.. Although it is high in sugar i would think it would be better to use vitamin water because it is pretty bland and should be easy to go from that to water...

obviously quitting cold turkey isn't your bag. So just moderate the amount you drink! instead of 5 cokes a day (or however many you drink) try 2 or 3... and when that is easy to maintain kick it down to 1.

It's doubly addictive, sugar and caffeine.

Try buying the short cans (8oz?) to limit the amount you drink. You can also substitute things other than water - orange juice, cranberry juice (my favorite!), grape juice, stick to the 'no sugar added' kind if you can.
