There is only one spaghetti style pasta, there are many, many other types of pasta. Ones similar to the long, straight spaghetti noodles are the very thin Angel Hair and the long flat Fettuccine. Many stores do sell what they call "thin" spaghetti noodles vs. "thick"

Spaghetti are around 2 mm thin and 30 cm long.. the other spaghetti are other kind of pastas! You might find spaghetti with full-wheat, with truffle, with spinach, but the size and lenght will remain the same.
