well lets take a lookie:
the word of god comes from a book with a funny name: both of them
they believe that theyre acting in gods will: both of them
kill innocents: both
justification only validated by their own religion: both
leaders wear funny hats: both
have been made fun of by "family guy" : both of them.
im starting to run out of things...lets just say that theyre pretty much the same except for where tey live and the sound of their name. cant we all just get along?

There is no difference except how wide spread it is or how accepted it is. In the Middle East, it seems to be much more acceptable to be a radical Muslim who commits violence "in the name of Allah." I realize it's not the general population of Muslims but people over there aren't taking a huge stance against this kind of extremism either. You see some politicians from Middle Eastern countries give lip service to the issue, saying it's wrong yet behind closed doors there's little done because the general population doesn't exactly condemn or look down upon these extremists. As long as the general population isn't up in arms over the issue, then the politicians will continue to let it happen.
Radical Christian violence....at least in America....is fairly rare and is very much condemned by the general population. In fact, anytime radical Christians HAVE committed violent acts (such as bombing an abortion clinic), the American people have generally voiced great outrage over it and we have strict laws regarding such acts. So, our infrastructure is one in which radical religious violence is not allowed to flourish nor is it tolerated by the people in our country.

Actually in todays society radical christians do not kill.. if you go back a few hundred years then yeah, they killed. More recently yes one or two people have been killed.. but no where in the bible does it justify killing. However muslim have killed thousands of people in just the last 10 years and are dedicated to the thought that by killing themselves as well as others they will have 76 virgins.... and their book justifies the killing of jews and infidels. maybe thoise are the big differences.... Did a radical christian ever fly a plane into a building??? no..

Depends what you mean by the word "radical". If you are asking about Muslims (if there are) and Christians who vote for Dr. Seselj's Serbian Radical Party, then there is no difference-I like both.

I don't think there is such a thing as a radical Christian. If a person has really much faith he would be in a monastery praying, not killing people. Radical Muslims believe in "holy war". This is their justification for their actions. When Christians fight Muslims they aren't radical, they aren't real Christians at all. They do it for oil, money, or other stuff.

Im a Christian and I have never met a Christian who killed someone unless they were in a war defending our country.I dont think Im above everyone. But I do believe that Jesus is the only way to heaven and that any other way no matter how true to any other religion someone is it still leads to hell if it is not Jesus.Jesus is the only perfect Lamb of God and he died on the cross even though he never sinned so that he could take the sins of all who would follow Him upon Himself and give them eternal life if they will love and live for him.

Can you prove that "radical Christians" kill with no remorse?
How about radical atheists?
What do they do? Advocate sterilizing Christians? Propose sending them all to Iraq? Suggest that we have a "pseudo rapture" to rid the world of some of them? Suggest that they refuse medical treatment so that they can die sooner?
Suggest that Christians commit suicide to "be with God."

Maybe the way they dress?? However it seems that many radical Christians seem to be hypocrites at times. However they both put faith over reason and that is NOT at all good.

I hate to say this, but your pre-conceived notions about Christianity are mistaken.
Romans tells us to obey the laws of the land. One of the 10 Commandments says "Thou shalt not kill."
Jesus taught us "Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, pray for them that despitefully use you."
Therefore, I have to point out that you are sadly mistaken about your understanding of Christianity. Anything else anybody else says that contradicts what I've just said simply doesn't understand the Bible any more than you do.
Additional comment:
And, as was pointed out in an earlier answer, atheists kill, also. After all, who supports abortion? Certainly not Christians.
