2907.06 Sexual imposition.
He had unwanted sexual contact with you.
But there is a problem with that
"No person shall be convicted of a violation of this section solely upon the victim’s testimony unsupported by other evidence." is right in the statute.
You gotta tell the police everything, or this kid could come out and say you forced him to have sex with you.
But given the current situation, what I think happened is you went over there after he asked you to come over for sex, and you leaned in OVER HIS BED, him being the horny student he is, thought you were consenting. And once you voiced your dissaproval, he stopped. At least if he has any sort of half conscious lawyer that is what he will argue.

Yes...but you were naive for going to his house...you should have spoken with someone of higher authority (police) and let them know he was making threatning remarks towards you then. And the fact that you didn't tell them about "the sexual grabbing stuff" is not gonna look good on your part....but tell them the whole truth and don't leave anything out this time...and get your self a good lawyer and fight for your rights! Don't let anybody run over you...cuz it looks like he did 3 things that are against the law...1. Stalked....2. Threatned.....3....Sexually harrassed

When dealing with the Police you better tell them the "whole truth and nothing but the truth" . I would suggest that you never go near this person again, and see the police to file a restraining order. In the meantime call a Sexual Assualt Hotline and see what they say. BTW- Where the hell are your parents? Thats what parents are there for you know! to help look after their children, even after they are 18. One more thing, if you did have sex, you better get yourself to the Doctors to be tested for STD's.

By being there you were consenting, do not talk to this person anymore you already have made your case weak by admitting you were there for what looked like sexual proposes. Being alone with a man and being a women makes you look stupid or like a hoe to the law protect your self.
He could have forced him self on you and the police would have asked you if you were there willingly and that would have been that.

adult males's breasts ARE seen sexual. The double customary that's in place is that adult males enable that distinctive sexual act to take place as long because of the fact the girl is alluring. they're quite much less probable to place up with it from grotesque women human beings. i could in no way touch a guy's chest in public or who isn't in an intimate dating with me. No real opinion on the topless women human beings's debate - somebody else can handle that section.

The answer is yes. You are very naieve. You went to his house, voluntarily, after he told you he wanted to have sex with you. No matter what your rationale was for going, you knew what was going to happen. If you didn't, this is called naieve. I hope at least one of you used protection. Please use this as a learning session, and try not to be taken advantage of in the future. While it was not proper for him to grab your breast, you essentially gave him permission when you showed up in the first place. Think about the repercussions before letting yourself be talked into something like this again.

> So just becuase I am over 18 it is ok for him to grab me?
No, but ....
> I think I am naive!
A very accurate self description worth exploring.
You should head towards the student health center and ask for a referral to a counselor.
I am not passing judgment on how you got that way, but you are set up to be the "perfect victim" right now, and you could benefit from working with a therapist on self-esteem issues.

How can you even think a student can ruin your life? What does he have on you that he could ruin your life with?
Why would you think you must have sex with him?
There is too much missing from your story for me to try to comprehend what's going on, but you need to stand up for yourself. Good luck

It is absolutly not ok for him to grab you. Buty WHY whould you even go to his house in the first place. you did nothing but instigate the situation. if you really thought you had a stalker then why go to the stalkers house. Is this the whole story?

No, it's not ok. But, don't go over there anymore and talk to the principal at your school and your parents. This is classic bullying and they have to deal with it. Just how is he going to ruin your life? Sounds kind of bizarre to me.
