Use ice and juice with the fruit of your choice. I also can't handle the milk and yogurt and I love these plus they have a lot less fat and calories.

well, in a smoothie, you can put just fruit and water. with milk it makes a milk shake. so heres one

1 bannana
1 or 1 1/2 cup strawberries
halve a cup of bluberries
1 cup of water.

put fruit in blender then ad the water.

you can substitute the fruits for different kinds. you can put suger for more sweetness, but it isnt as good. you can also substitute the water for different jucies

1/2 to 1 banana
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 to 1 cup other fruit of your choice (can still be frozen)
1 or 2 tablespoons honey.

Throw it all in a blender. Puree.

You can also replace the milk portion with calorie free crushed ice. Then use any of the usual fruits that you like and build it up from there. I enjoy banana, peach, passionfruit and apple all mixed together.

Just avoid milk or yogurt in yoru smoothie, unless it's Lact-aid brand that has no milk sugar in it. Just use fruit. A banana makes them smooth.

Try using lactaid milk for your smoothies or lactaid ice cream - or take a lactaid pill before you have one - works for my 9 year old daughter - she doesn't miss out on anything...

or use soy milk

Switch out the regular milk and/or ice cream for rice milk and rice milk ice cream. It still tastes great and has a creamy texture.
