And by oreo suckers, I mean oreos on a stick dipped in chocolate.
I'm making gift baskets. I want the food to be fresh, but there's no way I can make all of that in one day, 2 days before Christmas. (I burn things when I've got too much on my plate!).
So I'll get most of the gift baskets out on Christmas day, and the rest on the 30th.
Can I do this?

It won't noticably change the flavor, but the texture may be altered a bit. If you're dipping the oreos in chocolate, they may "bloom," this is when little white cracks appear in the hard chocolate coating. To avoid this, wrap it first in foil, then over that, cellophane, and then in an airtight container. To defrost, put them in the fridge overnight to prevent sweating/condensation from forming.

I have no clue what Oreo Suckers are, but you can successfully freeze biscotti and lemon bars. Wait until the lemon bars thaw to dust w/ xxx sugar, tho ugh.

Make sure you defrost everything at room temperature while it's still sealed in it's container, to allow the humidity inside to escape without absorbing into your treats...especially with the chocolate.

Yes, just wrap them well in freezer paper, and place in a good airtight container.
