The fastest way to reduce fat is to work out. There is not a quick fix. Dieting will help, but it will only go so far.

I agree that in the long run, exercise is what will keep it off. You can pop pills, etc. but starting a routine of a healthy life style and exercise is the best way.
Once you start exercising and make it a habit, you will start to feel guilty when you don't exercise. But it takes a while for a habit to be formed. You can't give up before that.

the diet determines how much fat you have not the amount of types of exercises that you perform.

don't like to exercise? humans are not designed to sit around and be sedentary for the lifespan. it will have nothing except a negative effect on your health and metabolism. ever wonder how old people fall down and break bones and hips just from walking? a lifetime of inactivity and a lack of sufficient exercise to keep the muscles, tendons and ligaments strong...

Drink plenty of water and cut out junk food. Snack on fruits and raw veggies like carrots or celery. Celery takes more calories to digest than it contains. Try to cut back on meat too.

sorry, working out is part of a deal to reduce fat and also eating more veggies and fruit helps and don't eat any junk food at all.

drink lots of water and walk every day i lost twenty five pounds in a month or diet pills but dont reccomend
