Most people aren't trouble makers. Most people are worthless, lazy, weak, gutless sheep who never having had an original thought pop into their heads, couldn't be trouble makers if they tried! They are like a frog in a pot of water slowly being brought to a boil: They are too ignorant to realize they are being cooked alive!

Wrong Section but I'll answer anyway I've always been a trouble maker in my own home for me it makes my life more fun mischief around the household keeps everyone guessing.

Humans are cruel and they prey on the weak. By doing something to belittle or beat down others - it makes a person feel stronger and more powerful.

Well let me answer that for you. There is poor leadership guidance and also poor judgement. Soldiers could be the Sharpe's crayon in the box but they make poor decision making.
