That would work, but you probably won't feel very good by the third day because you are not eating enough. And it will be mostly water that you are losing.
And because you are not eating enough, your body will think you are starving and your metabolism will slow down, so that you will not burn as many calories.

I don't think it's healthy for you to maintain a 300-500 calorie diet, and it's extremely dangerous to attempt to lose 5 lbs in 3 days. Perhaps you should consider visiting a nutritionist for a consultation. If you need to lose weight, slow and steady will win the race... and it will be much easier to keep it off!

Give yourself an enema. It will be temporary though.
300-500 calories/day is not enough to survive on, so likely you don't have 5 lbs of fat to lose.

no food after 18.00. just drink tea (no sugar)
no starchy foods
the excercise should be 1 hour or longer in one stretch. not very intensive though- just work the major muscles (legs, back)

it's possible but not plausible to lose that much in 3 days...if you really need to, just drink juice and take vitamins...don't eat, but that's not very good for you or your body...
