yes, when u get fired- most of the time company's will put a block on you to ever work at that company- or other companies that might be under the same ownership. they will most likly find out- whether he tells them since they will ask where he got his experiance from and want to see a resume. or they may find out on their own through the company when they run his name through- which would prob. be worse for him if he failed to mention he worked there.
he should give it a try- biut be honest about what happened in the past and how he has grown and changed since then and is ready to take on the responsibility again and handle it much better.

They do the background checks here in the U.S., so if they do it there, then probably not, if it was on bad terms.
I hope it works out though. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance.

On his application it will ask if he has been employed with this company.
He will have to answer yes.
If he says no, they WILL know and then definitely not hire him for lying.
Probably not if he was terminated. If he left on good standings, then there is a good chance.

yes, they will know ... but sometime not until after he has been hired, starts his first day and does paperwork. Then they catch it when they go to enter him into payroll.

They will know that he worked their before.
And it will probably play a part on him getting the job, yeah.
