Maybe they had MindLink. There was a subtle swelling of the forehead and "woom woom" sound, and then the thought was communicated.

Makes as much sense as anything else in the story.

they're from an old Sumerian myth, I think the Sumerians spoke Akkadian.

When A&E were first created, they were able to speak in perfect english, using all the subtleties and complexities of the english language, all the words that hadnt even been formed yet, they were able to speak in perfect and fluent english.

They didn't. The story is a myth. Adam and Eve never really existed.

It is a myth based on earlier myths and has been retold in different forms in several languages.

(obviously I don't believe "adam &eve" (biblical version) existed so I can't tell what language people who do believe in that think they spoke, possible they've never thought about it, or are assuming it's english :D that'd be funny....)

Sumerian, I suppose, as Eden was in Mesopotamia.
Or they communicated through sqeaks and grunts as they clubbed animals to death with bits of bone.
