i know how to put in french "he(she)) told me"but how you say they told (asked) me.by they i mean company or agency.thank you

ils m'ont demandé= they asked me
ils m'ont dit= they told me

It would be "elle m'a dit" if you want to refer to the company "la companie" as a single entity, or "ils m'ont dit" if you want to talk about the specific people who work there. I think it would be more common in French, though, to use "on" here: "On m'a dit" (on is conjugated like il and elle) or maybe "on m'a informé". For asked "on m'a demandé".

Ils m'ont informé; ils m'ont avisé que ...(like, they told me I had to do this, or that I should be here at 10 oclock)

for "they" as men it's: ils m'ont demandé
and for "they" as women it's: elles m'ont demandé

but if "they" is a group with men and women it's always ils.
when the group is only women it's elles

L'agence m'a demandé (de faire.../si.....)= the agency asked me (to do..../if....)
L'agence m'a dit (de faire/que...)= the agency told me (to do/that....)
Further references to the agency could use the pronoun 'elle' because it is a feminine word.
