I believe in old Tibetian Buddism.?

Anyone of this kind of religion please, could you share how does it affect your life.

I'm a Soto Zen Buddhist, same teaching as Theravada or any sect of Buddhism.
first of all, screw belief. You practice and experience Buddhism.
It has affected my life greatly, but I started at 12, 24 years ago. It has given me a great insight to the true nature of the Universe and the ability to cut through a lot of confusion in the world. In a word, liberation.
