what could this mean?

I have been with my boyfriend for two years and everything is going good. Latley he jokes about me being pregnant a lot like saying oh maybe your pregnant or something along those lines. could this be his weird way of telling me hes ready to become a daddy?or is it that hes so scared of becoming a dad that he jokes about it to not be so scared?

If there is a possibility that you could be pregnant by someone you aren't married to, then you need to be a grown up and do something about that. Before you ruin some innocent child's life.
