depends on what type of burrito--if you're talking about carne asada california burritos (yum)...i sure could--but will i still have this goddess-like figure after a month? i'm not too sure about that...

It would be dependent on what is in the burritos. My husband makes burritos with whole wheat tortillas, organic beans, brown rice and steamed veggies. If it's junk that Taco Bell tries to pass of as food (white tortillas, refied beans saturated with fat and sodium, and other forms of stuff), then no.

Putting aside whether it is good for you or not, yup, I love Burritos and I could definitely live off of them if I needed to.

Hell Yea!! and really they're damn good for you beans are packed with nutrients and FIBER!! consuming 25-35 grams of fiber a day helps you lose weight w/out exercise or diet and beans are like a veggie and meat all in one, some cheese added will be great and some salsa or red sauce. just stay away from the sour cream and you wont turn into a cow (whole wheat tortillas are good too)

i love egg and potato burritos and bean and cheese burritos any time. i don't think they would make a person fat if they exercise and and don't eat more calories than they need in a day.

Yes, I love bean and cheese burritos...esp. the ones from Amigos. Yum!

You can but you will gain a lot of weight in a month.
And will have high Cholesterolto get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.

Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

P.S.
American Whey protein is also good for a replacement meal.
Good taste and goes down smoothly.
Been taking it for 5 yrs now.
