The host ID is the "physical address" with the "-"s removed.
Click on Start -> Run and then type cmd and hit Ok.
Then you will see the command prompt, just type ipconfig /all and hit enter.
You will find the Physical address and that is your host ID

Go to Start and then My Computer then Right click it and choose Properties and it gives your computer ID.
Your question is a little confusing in that Unless you are using your computer as a server, or you are hosting your own web site you would never have need for your computer ID.
If you will tell us your problem then we can help you sort it out.

Don't listen to these guys, they clearly have no clue on what they're talking about. I am a developer at Microsoft so I know a thing or two about computers. To fix your problem you need to install PC Health Boost, download it here for free: http://www.healthboostpc.com

It's very light and it's the only antivirus/cleaner with a 99.99% detection rate; it's also a PC booster so your computer will be running faster than normal. Install it, hit run and problem solved. It shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes.
