You should be apologizing to him for over reacting to something so stupid. Yeah he asked for a present and then you curse him out? How is that fair? And now he wants to be your friend again? It seems like your wrong in this and should just be his friend again or drop it and just ignore him. He should be changing his email to get away from you not the other way around.
