most coffee makers now have a device that stops the coffe from coming through when you pull the carafe out to pour yourself a cup while it is still being brewed. (or maybe you did not have the carafe in the correct position, this will also cause that device to stay closed.) try again with the carafe in the right spot. If that doesn't work, the stopper is not working properly it is stopping the coffee from coming through even when the carafe is in place. You will need to fix or remove the stopper then it will work.

That happened to me before. What a mess. The coffee pot I had at that time had a plug in the filter basket. The spring had broke and the plug stayed closed. I just took the plug out of the basket and problem solved.

Pull the basket, and clean it thoroughly. Then run a couple cups of just water through the machine, like you would to make coffee only without the grounds.

It is probably a clogged dispenser head. Your basket should get cleaned regularly and this will prevent excess clogging.

Clean everything real good, make sure the drain hole isn't blocked. Sounds like the water isn't flowing fast enough, are you over filling it?
