Look forwar to spring!!! All is blooming, it gets warmer, the air smells nice, everything becomes colourful again, it stays light longer, people become more active and friendly...
Isn't that a thought that will get you by?

I always feel a bit deflated after Christmas too as it's my favourite time of year! I used to look forward to my Birthday in March but now that I've hit my 30s I don't relish getting a year older. Last year I was pregnant so that really gave me hope for the rest of the year. This year I'm not sure what will keep me going, just watching my kids grow I guess.

(I love that Brit slang, "gutted" for being depressed or disappointed) I am going to have a sucky Christmas. I will be alone with no friends or family. Long boring story. After Christmas and New Year's I always feel as if I am back in morose land with nothing to look forward to except my birthday in May. Big whoop. I AM, however hoping to get my new Doc Martens and my Xanax tomorrow. ^-^

I'll be going back to work, that's going to be really exciting this term and is always fun.....if you don't feel this way about your work then its time to change. always move forward.....life is one big adventure, when you get in a rut its time to change something....think about what you can do this year to significantly change your life...achieve at work, go back to studying, volunteer in something where you can make a difference. What ever you do, don't stagnate
