The truth is that if they worked, they'd be advertised on TV and in Time magazine and not on some sleazy Internet site or a porn rag. Do you imagine that there is a drug that would make just your nose bigger? Or your left ear lobe? Get real.

...Well the truth in all these products you see, nothing will actully increase the size. Nothing outside of surgery can do that. What those pills will do is slightly increase blood flow to the area for a certain time, but that will not nessessarly gvie you size increase.
