Continue taking proper meals, only focus on eating more and more at each meal and snack between meals. Also, lower you activity level. The weight will come with time.

Figure out how many calories you burn a day through regular activity and by exercising and add calories to that number. One pound of fat is 3500 calories. So if you want to gain a pound a week, eat 500 extra calories a day.

if you want to gain fat you shouldn't be eating proper meals, you should be eating fatty foods like junk food or take away. try eating junk food for a week and not exercising and you'll see a difference.

Don't make this mistake! I'm skinny like a"wing of moscito" and I never want to change this. In human life important thing is HEALTH, and thin people got much, much better health than fat. Don't forget, you have to live 80, 90 years and you have to stand with good conditoin all this time. ive been trying the same thing. i was already chubby but wanted to get fatter. i ate all day everyday for a week. (bad stuff like pizza maccas, drinks, chocolate, ice cream ect) nd went to sleep after a big meal. i gained 17 punds in 2 weeks (with out exercise). it really worx try it!

Its good to be slim, some peoples metabolism doesnt really allow them to gain weight. Though you could workout as muscle is heavier (and healthier) than fat...

i think getting fat is the easiest thing.first of all chocolates are the things to eat.have some food with desserts like pastries.but do remember after getting fat to return to normal is difficult

try eating carbs w/c is normally the thing that gives u fat...
dont over eat or eat too much sugar like chocolates and sweets cuz it wud be unhealthy on your part in the end

do u want to go up a weight size? cus if u do u shdnt eat fat u should b eating protein its also heavier than fat so if its weoght ur after eat lean meat

Dont change what you eat change the way you cook it ( anything that can be fried will be fried), on the other hand dont do it too much cos youll never get it off again ( eat lard, climb hard)
