whats this show called?

this has been driving me nuts!! its a show that used to be on nikelodeon in the early 90's about twin teenage girls (they were blond) who were the exact opposites of each other. i can only really remember 1 episode where one girl got kidnapped by a guy who worked at the same hospital as her. i just cant for the life of me remember and i cant find any sites to help me find it. cheers in advance.

"Sweet Valley High" (based on the books)...and it played in first-run syndication,not Nickelodeon. There is no footage avaliable online AFAIK (unless someone put clips on YouTube).
