I was always told "If it makes you f*rt then it's got to be good for you". Brussells sprouts are ace for that. Even if they do taste like shoyt.

Try the "sprouts a'la mexicane" recipe from the Bottom TV series.It'll blow ya head off (not to mention there will be much bottom venting, probably combustable)

I like sprouts. Microwave them for 4 minutes on high then toss them in olive oil and black pepper. Yum.
