Practice nurse at doctors has this up on the wall in her room at surgery. It made me laugh so my injection hurt less.

lol there all sorts out there hun...I saw a sign saying Electric pulse, will cause death.... Fine for touching £200.00....something like that...!

No but I did have a nurse who once slap my backside when I went in for an injection when I asked her why she had done that she said well you never felt the injection did you I had to admit no I didn't but I did feel the slap

At my doctors one of the nurses had a poster of George Clooney on the ceiling for women who are having smears. It certainly takes your mind off of them rummaging around your privates and it makes it all a bit more light hearted!

I love that, think our practise nurse could do with it on her door, she definitely needs an injection of humour.

Our pub used to have a sign that said -
'Please do not throw cigarette butts on the floor - for the benefit of those people who have to leave here on their hands and knees'
Sign no longer needed of course, since the ban came in.

yeah my sister has one in her salon that says
all customers satisfied
all staff happy
all money balanced
all pigs fed and ready to fly
that makes me laugh too

there is a poster in the pub that i work at saying
"children must be off the premises by 7.30 or they will be sold as slaves"...
they are allowed in till then, BUT some parents just don't wanna take them home...
