Stratospheric ozone concentrations peak at 25 km. At that altitude the temperature is -40 C. Good question.

The ozone layer extends from 10 to 50 Kms above the surface and it is more concentrated between 20 and 25 Kms.The average temperature between these two levels is -50(minus fifty) degree celcius particularly over tropics. So, we can take this as the temperature of the ozone layer.

the ozone layer is that region of the atmosphere also known as the stratosphere, which begins approximately 20 km up and extends to approximately 50 km. The temperature at the base of the stratosphere is approx -50 degrees C, and at the top of the stratosphere reaches a temperature of approximately 0 degrees C. The increase in temperature results from ozone absorbing solar ultraviolet radiation.
