Who makes Ace Hareware brand Garbage Disposals?

I was curious what company makes the garbage disposals that are sold as Ace brand at Ace Hardware Stores?

The same company that makes Badger brand disposals. They are the same quality as the Badger. The Ace sells for less money and is just as good. Many times you can buy a half horse Ace product for about the same as a one third horse power Badger and the half horse is far superior. Good luck
