Was she serious about naming her daughter that or was it just a joke? i think you have to think about your child when naming them (obviously) when they are in school, kids find all sorts to pick on each other about, a name like that would make her such an easy target and im sure many people wouldn't be proud of standing up and introducing themselves with a name like that, though it maybe fin for the person naming them at the time. People name their kida after their favourite characters on tv and things, i used to want to call a little girl Pocahontas - absolutely lvoed the film, but you have to think how the kid would like it lol.

Anyone who does that to thier child should be reported to social services! That child is going to be bullied like mad all the way through school.

Theres nothing wrong with using a slightly unusual name (my baby son is Arthur, which is unusual today) but outlandish and ridiculous names are just going to be a huge source of embarrassment to the child.

David Bowie's son "Zowie Bowie" now goes by the name of ""Duncan Jones". I wonder why eh?!

I can definitely say that I wouldn't. Poor little s0d being landed with that lot, let alone having to learn to spell it.

Your friend watches waaaaay to much TV for someone so totally devoid of a sense of humour.

Princess Consuela BananaHammock is the correct spelling and it was Phoebe from 'Friends', and I have a hard time believng that anyone would actually have used that name since that episode was on last night.....??? Coincidence..?

I would not name a poor child that! She should get her name changed as soon as she turns 18!

Well then she spelt it wrong, cause it's Princess Consuella Banana Hammock. Wow, she's weird, I feel sorry for the kid. You should start calling her Connie. Hopefully it'll catch on.

P.S. Maybe you should tell her what a Banana Hammock really is. It's a g-string for a guy. Hence the 'hammock for the banana'. Maybe she might consider changing the baby's name. :)
