not really, the same as a man masturbating watching a video or something isnt cheating at all.
its all part of that natural 'thing'.
however, if it makes you feel guilty or self conscious maybe you should bring it up with your partner.
tell him you use a toy when you masturbate- maybe hell even like the sound of that.
however, why such a 'signifigant' toy? are you compensating? is this something you should/can address with your partner?
and if/when you do discuss it with him, be cautious. yes, the stereotypes true- men, no what what shape, size, color or creed (im talking about actual men, not their members) they are still self conscious about anything involving 'that'.

relies upon on what variety of kiss. If purely a kiss on the lips then no i does not type that as cheating, yet an entire on make out then confident i might truthfully type that as cheating. all of us has distinctive evaluations on what they might type as cheating nonetheless.

I don't believe in monogamy, therefore "cheating" in any way, shape or form does not exist for me.
I'd class it as sad though.
