I get a "No Hard disk present" error whenever i try installing Windows XP.

It's probably a SATA hard drive so needs sata drivers loaded at teh "load scsi drivers" point to let the isntaller see it.
Contact manufacturers website to find the drivers for it, or should be on a >CD
Failing that, contact their support line for help.
