I am getting harassing emails... i have an IP address... now my question is... how to i find out who the IP address belongs to? Thank you 4 your help

Use an IP address locater.
If the address is private then you won't get much information.

IP address practically just the company location.
You can never know who the IP address belongs to, well to a specific person.
However, the company can help stop the perpetrator who is harassing you though.

The best way is not to trace the IP address, but set that e-mail as junk.

You can not. The authorities can. Send a copy of one of them to abuse@youir.mail.provider complete with the full headers. they can deal with it.
