Epicenter. 70 Miles SE Amchitka Island
Everybody coastal in Russia,Japan, Hawaii ect. should check for warnings.

The Civil Authorities just reported that the buoys did not detect a Tsunami and to stand down, pheww was worried about the coasties. All clear.
