...be staying in with your family to eat dinner, or have you booked a table somewhere to save hassle?

I wish I'd booked a table! Our fresh turkey is gonna cost us £75 so i reckon a table for ten would have worked out cheaper with all the hassle of cooking and shopping and people not helping on the day! If i'm not about on the 26th you know i killed someone and am on the run!

I will have the joy of sharing my cooking duties with other family members and then we will sit in front of the TV and watch some movies and hang out and laugh and talk.

I used to thing it was a hassle and went out for meals on holidays. But then I started to miss cooking with my mom and grandma and eating leftovers and being able to pick at the food all days in between all of the Christmas fun. So now I am back to Christmas meals at home.

I am just like a child again on Christmas morning. I will stay Christmas Eve at my parents and fill their stockings that night. I sneak up early, as if I were a 10 year old, to peak at the treasures Santa has delivered. Does this mean I assume Santa thinks I have been a good girl all year?

Staying in to eat with my family

Not yet ... all tables are booked , all cinema halls, resorts and hotels are jam packet for the day. There are some who are not that much smart planners. BUT one may have the open grounds near the charch, in the Zoos / parks / sea and river-sides . Celebrating the day with love and friendship is the main object, near and dear ones may not mind for the spot or place. My friends say, when we are friends, there is no "sorry" or no "thanks".

We will play with my cousins. Gonna go inside in house because those fireworks were so loud, my ears could destroy. We will just play inside, watch fireworks. Some of my cousins might play upstairs and watch fireworks. I will also cook brownies with choco crust. I want to taste my own work. I will also be staying wih my parents, cousins and friends and my brother ans 2 sisters to eat in the house. We'll gonna watch those fireworks on window. We will also watch television like christmas movies on dvd's!

We are going to a nice French restaurant on Christmas day. We've been doing that for a number of years. It always works out nicely. We have a good time and good food. And there's no mess to clean up afterward.

Always at home with the family, although my Mother would love to eat out, id be worried it wouldn't live up to expectation and wont be very personal like it is at home.

That will be.

Me, my husband, my 4 boys all under 12. My sister, her husband, and their baby just 6 months old (she's beautiful). My husband's sister, her husband, their 2 children. My husband's brother, his wife, their 3 children.

Have a lovely Christmas.
