Mens' pants are measured by waist and inseam, so you could just get some measuring tape and take your own measurements. I'm sure you'd fit into boys' L (maybe smaller?) pants.

Measure your waist. That will give you the size. Also measure the inside of your leg from the ankle to just below your private area. This will give you the length. Guys pants are sold by waist and length measurements. But in the long run you have to try them on because guys pants are cut differently in the seat than girl's pants.
