I have anxiety/depression:

wot worked for me
to get the thoughts from running around in my head, was to type everything into a journal. each time i wrote in the journal, those thoughts stopped running through my head. new ones would, so i would go back, type it in the journal, then they would calm down.

i'm also on wellbutrin. i used to cry, get angry, shake like a leaf, didn't feel like doing anything. no enjoyment of life at all.

so for me, i had to have meds. having someone to talk things to helps too..(but journal first, otherwise you'd drive em nuts with everything that goes on up there!)

other ppl say, a proper diet, rest and exercise help them alot. getting out more and doing new things (a change) helps some ppl too.

different strokes for different folks

just know many ppl are suffering the same thing. i wish you all the best!

Well done! The first step is to recognize you have a problem.
Next up, find ou what exactly is it that makes you anxious... that is, what worries you? Then, face it head on!

Prepare for the 'confrontation' well and you'll do well!

Cheers!

Try to relax...there are many people out there who face similar trouble...A solution to the problem lies in accepting your real self...you shouldn't try to act or make any kind of performance in front of the others...Let them sense your trouble, most of the people will understand your trouble and accept your diversity...Trust me, people in general are not as bad as one might think...You should look for your secret capabilities which I'm sure you posses, everybody has a lot of reserve within oneself which he can use in time of need...be strong !
