I don't know if you are serious, but there's a chance that you might be and you just thought of a catchy opening line.

Anyway, work out the size of the screw that you'll need to fit through the hole in the sign to keep it up, and then get a rawl plug that will hold that screw. Drill a hole in the palce you want the sign to hang from in the brickwork that is the right size for the rawl plug (the rawl plug will tell you what size drill bit to use), put the rawl plug in that hole -you might need to tap the rawl plug in with a small hammer or the handle of a screwdriver, then screw the screw into the rawl plug with the sign attached...voila, your sign is up.

I wonder if you really wanted to know this?!?!?!?!?

Would the sign read open for business?
Yes you would need that special type of screw.
However would you need the sign to be up permanently? If so you can also get some Liquid Nail. It comes in a small project size of tube. Or If you need it for a larger job then you can get the larger size for the project.
It will come in a longer tube and will require a hand held caulking gun that requires that you squeeze the trigger.
Of course the tip will need to be cut off at the top and then you need something to penatrate down the hole of the tip that you just cut off. In doing so it will cause it to flow.

you gotta admire the creativity of the user name, nature and title of the question, the picture, and the profile. I would give you 5 points if i could just for that. Blue tapcons, necessary bit, and a good electric drill (hammer drill even better). At times we all need a good screw, and what better way to find it, then by asking a large society of strangers. Kudos

I assume you knew how the answers would come flying in, as you asked it specifically holding back details.

"TAP CON" bits and screws will work fine. They come in various diameters, lengths, and head types.

Yes, you need a special one. One that goes in slowly so you don't damage the wall. Everynow and then you will have to put lubricant on it to make it go in easier. Make sure that the last turn is good and hard
