I love this little dress, but am not sure what to wear with it to spice it up a bit, as I may wear black boots with it. I was thinking maybe a neck scarf or wide belt of some kind?

This will do it
Accessorize it with a white pearl necklace .(or choker)
White bracelet.Black boots.
If you have long hair put it up.
Silver dangle earrings
White Hose or nude hose might be better
Maybe a loose white belt
That will be cool.

A colorful scarf would dress it up. Also some gold (doesn't have to be real gold) jewelry would be nice. Don't wear a belt with this style dress. They are not meant to be belted. Boots? No. Wear some not very high heeled black shoes.

Accessorize! Earrings, necklace to match, or a scarf, belt. It will look great.

add some color with the shoes, bag, or accesories. maybe a nice wine, or a pooping red would do fine. if you watch what not to wear, you can find some really good tips on there, and remeber, it doesnt have to match.

black boots will look great. also add chandelier earrings and chunky necklaces and loads of bangles! you'll look glam!
