If u go to the Hasbro website they give u the instructions on how to send it back to them. In return they will send u a cardboard box for shipping and a mailing label to send it back , then they will send u a check for basically less than all of the accessories plus the oven. Mind u the check is about $32.99, now what r u going to do with the accessories u bought. Do like I did keep the oven and supervise the child when using it. I called Hasbro during the first recall when they sent out the retro fit kits.So with all of this stuff i have for this oven i just kept it and my 6 yr old daughter still plays with it.

You might get your money back. Ask the store where you purchased it.
