If you mean chloroform (note correct spelling), you may be
able to obtain it from a chemical supply company like Merck.
But most of those places require you to purchase large
amounts (like a case of gallon bottles) and have a legitimate
use for it, such as an organic chemistry laboratory in school.
If in doubt, you could ask a drug store, but it's doubtful they
would stock it since nowadays there is little demand for it.

It was generally used as an anesthetizing agent for surgery and is strictly controlled as an agent now days due to miss use you can get it from medical suppliers or chemists but you need a prescription and license
